Email info@everbloomagency.com with subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days with notice). You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) Disclosures
If you are a Colorado resident, the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), effective July 1, 2023, grants you the following rights regarding your personal data:

Email info@everbloomagency.com with subject line “Colorado Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 additional days with notice). If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our denial response. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Colorado Attorney General at coag.gov.
8. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set functional cookies necessary for site delivery and security. These are not used for marketing purposes.
If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be displayed.
